Nomie Zhoug

Nomie Zhoug is the result of a collaboration with Tava Hada Pilpelta. A unique twist on the classic from Yemeni cuisine, made with Jalapeño and Tabasco peppers. These provide a spicy, yet fresh and citrusy flavour that perfectly matches the vibrant character of zhug. Garlic adds a rounded taste, fresh coriander brings extra freshness, and roasted spices (caraway, cumin) give it real depth. Everything is brought together with a touch of oil and just the right amount of salt. Delicious with falafel, shawarma, grilled meats, vegetables and so much more!
