Torchbearer Mushroom Mayhem – Autumn is here, and in the kitchen, this is honestly one of my favourite seasons. It’s the time of stews, red meat, game, and mushrooms. And that last one really takes centre stage in this sauce, as the name already suggests. A sauce packed with ingredients that warm you right up. Perfect with classic seasonal dishes like fries with stew or game, giving them a serious kick on top of everything else.
Dawson’s Coffee Date – Another sauce that, in my opinion, is a perfect match for autumn is the Dawson’s Coffee Date. The warm flavours of coffee, molasses, and habanero combined with a gentle heat and a smoky touch make it a fantastic addition to beef tacos or a pulled pork sandwich.
Fangst Senneps Creme with Mustard Seed & Dill – From deep, dark autumn flavours to something a little fresher: the Fangst Senneps Creme. Scandinavian flavours and ingredients in a jar, so you already know the quality is top-notch. The combination of mustard seed and dill instantly brings to mind gravlax, smørrebrød, and long tables full of fish and rye bread. This sauce is a vegan alternative to the classic gravlax sauce, making it a perfect match for salmon. Whether it’s smoked, pan-fried, or grilled salmon. It has a lovely balance between fresh, herby, and lightly sweet. Also great as a sandwich spread or as a dressing for a potato salad.

Feroz Piri Piri Chocolate – The colder, rainier months are the perfect time to reach for the Feroz Piri Piri Chocolate. The combination of deep chocolate notes (made with 100% Colombian chocolate) and the heat of Piri-Piri and Cayenne peppers is a perfect match for pretty much anything that’s slowly simmering away while it’s cold outside. Comfort food, but with a serious kick.
Heatsupply Crispy Chili Oil Extra Hot – This stuff is simply addictive. The oil with crispy chili, garlic, onion, and sesame, topped off with the kick of Szechuan pepper, makes almost any dish better. And spicier. Because this crispy chili oil really lingers. From noodles and dumplings to fried eggs, pizza, and rice dishes — it’s a top addition to so many meals.
Sweet Sting Smoked Habanero Hot Honey – This one is staying in my staff picks for a while, because it is and remains one of my absolute favourites. Hot Honey is honestly one of the best products out there if you ask me. You can combine it with so many things and in so many ways that I use it almost every day. But this hot honey is next level good. This honey is infused with walnut wood-smoked habaneros, which gives it not only a serious kick, but also a genuinely deep smoky flavor. That also makes it a spicier hot honey than most people are used to. Highly recommended.
