Don Cabron Salsa Macha Miel is like a Mexican crispy chili oil, but with honey instead of sunflower oil. They’ve also added cranberries, cashew nuts, and sesame seeds for some crunch, but definitely also for a deliciously balanced flavor. It’s sweet, but savory too. A splash of apple cider vinegar finally adds a slight sour note. Deze saus is echt verslavend. Is zo’n perfecte mix van zoet en pittig een beetje honing, een beetje vuur, en superveel smaak. Ik dacht even: “Ah, die is zoet, dat gaat wel.” Nou, je blijft lepelen. Ik gooi ‘m overal op: op eieren, wraps, vlees, noem maar op. Dit is zo’n saus waarvan je meteen denkt: hier moet ik meer van hebben. En dat ga ik ook doen!

It doesn’t happen that I leave reviews a lot but this worth the time. Great Mexican hot honey. I like spicy sauces and for me this sauce was spicy enough. Interesting that it has cranberries and nuts for some crunch. It went nice with Peperoni pizza
