The Dutch brand Tomasu stands out as Europe’s only soy sauce brewery. Based in Rotterdam, Tomasu produces in an artisanal way with local ingredients, including Dutch soybeans and wheat. The fermentation process takes at least two years and takes place in oak barrels, which ensures a unique, complex flavour. White soy sauce

The sauce contains more wheat and fewer soybeans. This creates a sweeter undertone and a lighter consistency.
