Tomasu Sweet Soy Sauce is a delicious combination of salty & sweet. Tomasu’s beloved original soy sauce has been enriched in this variant with sugar from locally grown sugar beets. The soy sauce is made with home-grown soybeans & wheat, spring water, Sel de Guerande from Brittany and has aged for at least 24 months in whisky barrels between 25 and 50 years old. So it won’t surprise you that this soy sauce is top quality.
