This Dawson's Shawarma Hot Sauce (also known from Hot Ones season 13) is, as you might expect, the perfect sauce for your favorite shawarma dishes. Ofcourse that's not the only dish you can use this delicious creamy sauce for. With lots of garlic and a touch of honey this also goes great on chicken and sandwiches. Cayenne peppers, red chilli peppers and some chilli powder provide this sauce with a light medium heat. Conclusion: Awesome stuff!

This is the Piko Peppers Piko Riko hot sauce and before we do our little story about it, we just want to quote Hot Ones host Sean Evans. This Heartbeat Scorpion Hot Sauce is the hottest and newest sauce of Canada's most popular hot sauce brand. They used 3 peppers to make it their spiciest ever: Habaneros, Chipotle and ofcourse the Trinidad Scorpion. This creates a flavor in which the peppers take center stage. The beets give it a sweet touch at the very beginning, but that disappears quickly to make room for the heat of the peppers, the smokyness of the Chipotle and the tartness of the vinegar. Another great sauce from Heartbeat that goes well with just about anything that can use some extra heat!

This Karma Cosmic Disco Hot Sauce is a mix of two other great sauces: the Karma Cosmic Dumpling and the Karma Scorpion Disco. In terms of flavour, that can also be tasted, because the best of both is reflected in it. The first thing you taste is a combination of tamari and citrus (umami & sour), followed by the sweetness of the brown sugar and the intense heat of Trinidad Scorpion, Ghost Pepper & Jalapeño peppers. Delicious with your favourite Asian dishes, such as teriyaki or as a glaze with duck. That is if you can handle the heat, because this sauce was on wing #7 on Hot Ones (season 19) for a reason.

Don't be fooled by the list of ingredients and the Scoville score (135.000) of Da Bomb Beyond Insanity. It might seem that this sauce won't be too hot, compared to sauces with hotter peppers in it, but it truely is an absolute bomb. We'd rather call this an experience sauce, which you have to try once. The flavor isn't great, but the heat is overwhelming!
