Shipping

When ordered and paid on working days before 15:00h (CET), orders in The Netherlands will be delivered by DHL the next working day. For Belgium and Germany this normally is in 1-2 working days. Every order will come with a tracking e-mail, once the parcel has been picked up by the carrier. We are not responsible for any delay caused by the carriers.

Delivery times to other countries in the EU may vary from 2 to 7 working days, depending on the distance. Every order comes with a Track & Trace number. Check your email box for that, sometimes our emails can even end up in your SPAM. If you need more information about shipping, feel free to ask us.

Rest of Europe normally takes 5 workings days or more.

Shipping Costs

The shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you fill in your address during the checkout. For The Netherlands this is €5,95 and for Belgium & Germany this is €6,95. Free shipping tresholds can be found below.

For international orders, the shipping costs will be calculated in the checkout. For most European countries you will get the availability to choose free shipment for orders above €150 or €200. Here you can see the free shipping threshold per European country:

Returned Orders

If a package is returned due to a customer error (an incorrect address or not being picked up at a parcel point), we will not refund the shipping costs if the order is canceled. If the customer wants us to resend it, we must request a new shipping fee.
