Laura Dadap is the owner of the brand, which is also the first 'Filipino hot sauce' from America. For the spice in the sauce, she used Serrano & Scorpion peppers, with some Thai chili flakes to top it off. In terms of taste, it is a very savoury and aromatic sauce where the ginger and garlic really stand out. Ground chia seeds and spirulina give it a unique edge and the olive oil provides a kind of creamy structure.
