La Pimenterie Kimchi Bomb Brand new and super delicious! This Kimchi Bomb from La Pimenterie is made with cucumber as its base. Now, cucumber is honestly not my favorite vegetable at all, but it adds a wonderful freshness and subtle flavor to this sauce, which is otherwise a total flavor bomb. The signature funky kimchi taste is definitely there, along with a solid dose of spring onion, garlic, and gochugaru. Spicy, savory, fresh, umami; this is a beautifully balanced hot sauce from La Pimenterie! Amazing paired with all kinds of rice and noodle dishes, and absolutely sick on a fried chicken sandwich.

Mr. Dobelina Rosa Supreme Burger Sauce – My favorite comfort food is a good burger, and I try to treat myself to a great homemade one at least once a week. Sometimes I like to think a little outside the box, but every now and then you just want a classic cheeseburger with a pickle and some onion on top. And that’s exactly where this burger sauce comes in, because it’s the perfect addition. Think classic American special sauce vibes, but this one is made in Italy. A must for burger lovers.

Ausfahrt to HellSometimes you suddenly rediscover something you had totally forgotten how good it actually is. This is one of those sauces. Super versatile, because it really has it all: sweet, sour, smoky, savory. Especially that Chipotle in Adobo really comes through, and that also makes it an absolute winner for BBQ season. This sauce is amazing on chicken, a burger, sausage, or as the comedian living in Germany would probably say himself: bratwurst!

La Pimenterie Satay Satire – If you ask me what my favorite sauce is, I’ll say hot sauce, obviously. Coming in at a solid second place, without a doubt, is satay sauce — and that’s exactly why this Satay Satire by La Pimenterie is an instant hit for me. A satay inspired hot sauce, but without peanuts. The flavor is absolutely incredible, and now even people with a peanut allergy can enjoy that classic peanut sauce taste. In hot sauce form, that is. This one’s a total winner.

Mama Yu’s Black Bean Chilli Oil – If you like crispy chilli oil with a generous dose of umami, then you really shouldn’t miss out on this black bean version of Mama Yu’s chilli oil. It gives a nice bite and, together with the shallot and garlic, also provides a lot of savouriness. Ginger adds a little freshness and makes this delicious in rice and noodle dishes. This is my favourite from Mama Yu.

Marie Sharp’s Green HabaneroThis sauce has been available in our webshop for about 8 years now. It’s certainly not a bestseller, but it’s one we continue to stock. It’s just too good. It has a wonderfully fresh and crisp flavour thanks to the use of nopal (a nutritious type of cactus) and green habaneros. Ingredients such as lime, onion and garlic round it off nicely. This hot sauce can be used as a “verde”, making it delicious with all kinds of Mexican dishes and even salads.
