Fangst Mustard Cream with Mustard Seeds & Dill is their own vegan take on the classic Nordic gravlax sauce. You know, that sauce served with a toast or sandwich with salmon, red onion and capers. Of course, it’s also perfect for all kinds of other fish and sandwiches. This version is a little creamier and milder than the traditional one, but that definitely doesn’t make it any less delicious in our opinion! Another great bonus: this cream is packed with organic ingredients harvested during the short Scandinavian summer in the nearby forests and fields.
