Perry de Man is, of course, the host with the most of our very own food show, (TV) chef and cookbook author. For years, he ran De Toko in Rotterdam, where he got to know loads of Indo and Moluccan people and made friends for life. But this book isn’t about him—it’s about the people he gives the stage to.
