This Renae Mustard Habanero hot sauce is a nice, cheerful sauce, made with fresh Habaneros from Andalucia. Because mustard is the main ingredient, the hot sauce has a distinct mustard flavor and we always appreciate that! It turned out to be a nice sweet mustard-style hot sauce. The honey, apple cider vinegar and brown sugar will take care of that. The Habanero gives the sauce a fruity accent. A perfect hot sauce for hot dogs, a croquette sandwich, cheese, salmon and so on. Actually just an ideal substitute for the sweeter mustard.
