HotZeg Mazoshista Hot Sauce is a Belgian sauce with some very clear Italian influences. The base is made from tomatoes and is complemented by balsamic vinegar, fennel, garlic and olive oil. All these ingredients are represented in perfect amounts, making it beautifully balanced in terms of flavor. It’s sweet, savory and watch out: it’s actually quite spicy! There’s secretly some Carolina Reaper in there too, which adds serious heat as well as a fruity note.
No surprise here, but this Mazoshista hot sauce is truly perfect for all your Italian dishes, an (Italian) sandwich or even in a salad. Really awesome stuff!
