Okay, salt is also used in fermentation, so technically 4 ingredients. As you would expect, this hot sauce is extremely hot, but the honey gives it a sweet edge and the fermentation also creates extra depth in the taste. Finally, sherry vinegar also has a unique flavor, so despite the limited ingredients it has become a complex hot sauce that is quite versatile.
