First, the flavor: pineapple hits you first, followed by smoked bell pepper, a touch of tartness from the vinegar, and savory notes of garlic, cumin, and ginger. Beautifully balanced, but don’t underestimate the heat. That 7-Pot Primo pepper really makes its presence known! No big deal for seasoned hot sauce fans, but beginners might need a moment to recover. And then go again!
This tropical hot sauce is amazing with anything chicken, a variety of curries, and absolutely killer with a taco al pastor or a grilled pineapple salad.
