This Fruitslagers Elderflower Szechuan Vinegar is made from a naturally fermented vinegar. Other ingredients, like the elderflower, are picked and foraged in food forests. Plus, it’s made in collaboration with regenerative farming projects. The vinegar is beautifully floral, but thanks to the Szechuan leaf also slightly tingling. Super delicious in a dressing, salad, for deglazing or wonderfully funky as an aperitif.
