Phans 100% Pure Fish Sauce (Nước mắm) is made from pouting (Trisopterus luscus), a sustainable bycatch fish from the North Sea. Naturally fermented for 12+ months for a deep, rounded and savoury flavour. Phans tries to create Vietnamese flavours caught in the North Sea, and we can safely say they’ve nailed it!

Fish sauce is a pure, fermented flavour enhancer that’s widely used especially in Asia. It gives dishes more depth, body and balance.
