Salad with chili oil and soy sauce
The secret ingredients (though they won’t be so secret after reading this blog) of this crispy salad are the Tomasu Sweet Spicy Soy Sauce and Heatsupply’s Crispy Chili Oil. These umami flavors give the salad that Asian and spicy touch that makes it so unique. This combined with the crispiness of the rice and vegetables in the salad make it a real banger.

Ingredients
- Cooked & cooled rice
- Heatsupply’s Crispy Chili Oil
- Cucumber
- Spring onion
- Edamame beans
- Roasted peanuts
- Cilantro
- Tomasu Sweet Spicy Soy Sauce
Preparation
- Cook the rice and let it cool
- Place it on a baking sheet and sprinkle with the Crispy Chili Oil. Distribute this well over the rice.
- Place the rice in the oven for 20-25 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Chop the cucumber, spring onion and cilantro and put this in a salad bowl together with the edamame beans and roasted peanuts.
- Add the Tomasu Sweet Spicy Soy Sauce to taste.
- Add the rice and serve on plates. Add some extra Tomasu Sweet Spicy Soy Sauce if desired.
