Wild Sauce Co Club Sauce is the original hot sauce from this Belgian brand that works extensively with organic ingredients. It’s an all-round hot sauce with fermented Habaneros, smoked Pasilla de Oaxaca, wild mushrooms, apple cider vinegar and dates. Super balanced, as it has savoury, smoky, umami and sweet notes.

Because it’s such a balanced hot sauce, it’s also really versatile! Still, we’d say this one shines best when paired with grilled vegetables, burgers, sandwiches, pastas, tacos and nachos.
