If you’ve never had a hot honey you won’t know what you’re missing (read more about it, plus how to use it here), because the golden combination of sweet and spicy turns out great. The heat comes from Madame Jeanette & red peppers and in this ‘Extra Hot’ version an extra large dose of Madame Jeanette is used. Very versatile, but especially on pizza, ribs, fried chicken (in combination with a waffle to top it off) and with cheese this spicy honey is really great.
