Renae Black Coffee Habanero Hot Sauce is made with coffee-infused vinegar. Besides a slight tanginess, there’s also a light bitter note. Apart from that, it’s mainly savory and sweet flavor-wise. That comes from using sweet onion, bell pepper, cinnamon, garlic and olive oil. Finally, there’s also a smoky aftertaste. It owes that to smoked paprika powder and Chipotle.
All in all, a beautifully balanced hot sauce that works really well with red meat and pasta dishes like mushroom risotto.

Taste is just ok, heat is not that bad, but the texture is not at all for me. Very grainy and to thick 🙁
