Renae Black Cherry Reaper Hot Sauce is a seriously spicy sauce, made with black cherries and Carolina Reaper peppers. That alone should tell you it’s going to be a hot one, but we haven’t even mentioned that there’s also Habanero added to the mix. In fact, Habanero and Carolina Reaper peppers are the first ingredients! But if you think it’s only about the heat, you’re wrong.
Black cherries provide a fruity and tangy flavor that pairs beautifully with the peppers. Savory ingredients like onion, garlic, sea salt and black pepper create balance, just like the apple cider vinegar does. So besides being hot, it’s also absolutely delicious. Perfect with game meat, in stews, with pork, but try it with waffles too!

Very tasty sauce. Unfortunately, it’s extremely liquid, has almost no consistency to it, to the point it’s a chore to pour. Still, taste-wise one of my favorite sauces so far. Conflicted on buying a new bottle, though.
