Queen Majesty Sicilian Scorpion Hot Sauce is the hottest one the New York brand has made so far. No wonder this sauce was featured in Hot Ones season 26 as hot wing number 9 out of 10. But when it comes to extremely hot sauces, this is one of the most flavourful ones in our opinion. Lovely and fruity from the Trinidad Scorpion pepper and delicious Italian influences in the form of tomato puree, olive oil, garlic, peppercorns, onion, oregano and basil. So it’s nice and savoury too, but the much-needed tang is also present thanks to the vinegar and lemon.

Found this sauce after a lot of research. Wanted something hot, but also delicious. This sauce is fantastic! It’s insanely hot, great for cooking with and has amazing flavour. I can totally see why it was featured on Hot Ones. Great, great choice.

Ordered this sauce for a friend who loves spicy food and has a crazy tolerance. He said the sauce was the spiciest he has ever tried. At the same time everyone that tried, yes found it spicy but it also has a lot of flavour still. Spice hits you when you eat and stays consistent. Then you also get a slight smokey note and some fruity flavours.

This is excellent. Its spice doesn’t feel performative, it’s really quite hot, but the flavour still takes center stage. Other “extremely hot” sauces I ordered sometimes last forever on my shelf because it’s just pain and not a lot of added value – with this one I am always tempted to eat another quick dab. Very delicious, excellently balanced, absolutely recommended.
