Onima Il Mig hot sauce is Spanish-made and has a very bold flavour. This is firstly due to the base of fermented red Jalapeño, using koji rice. This stuff is a fermentation kickstarter and gives the sauce an extra depth of flavor. In a good way, of course. Sherry vinegar, smoked paprika, onion, garlic and olive oil have also been used, making it a rich hot sauce with a tangy and savoury character. Despite this, it has become a very versatile hot sauce that works especially great with pasta, different types of meat and of course paella.
