This La Pimenterie x Gurky Kumquat Crush hot sauce is a special collaboration between La Pimenterie and YouTube Gurky, from Quebec. The Kumquat, a small Asian citrus fruit, was the special ingredient chosen by his followers to use in the sauce and it gives the sauce a wonderful acidity. Vanilla has also been added, as have Habaneros, Aji peppers, ginger, garlic and some sweetness in the form of carrots and organic cane sugar. The result is this Gurky hot sauce that really has it all. Citrusy, sweet, savoury and fruity. Fantastic stuff with fish, seafood, curries and much more!

    Good texture, complex citrus and vanilla aromas. I’d say it might be difficult to pair with meat but this sauce really impressed me
