This Heartbeat Scorpion Hot Sauce is the hottest and newest sauce of Canada's most popular hot sauce brand. They used 3 peppers to make it their spiciest ever: Habaneros, Chipotle and ofcourse the Trinidad Scorpion. This creates a flavor in which the peppers take center stage. The beets give it a sweet touch at the very beginning, but that disappears quickly to make room for the heat of the peppers, the smokyness of the Chipotle and the tartness of the vinegar.
