Hot Ones the Classic is ofcourse the number one hot sauce on the YouTube show Hot Ones for multiple seasons now. They wanted to create a sauce that is just as classic as the wings themselves and we have to say that they succeeded! The pepper of choice is the Chile de Arbol (grown bij Ed Currie), which provides a complex and fresh flavor. Combined with apple cider vinegar, garlic and turmeric, the result is a savoury sauce with a bit of tang. A real classic hot sauce that you can put on everything. Awesome!

For my taste there was too much vinegar. I would not call it a hot sauce as spiciness is very little, but still a good No.1 sauce for the show. But I would not use it as a regular sauce. Happy to have tasted it though.
