I´m in love wth this sauce! So delicious on almost anything. Fresh “green”, limey taste with just a hint of cilantro and a very mild heat, typical jalapeno flavour. This is not for the heat seekers, but if taste is what you´re after, you should really give it a try. Finished my first bottle in 2 days, will definitely buy again.

A very mild yet very flavorful sauce. Made an egg and bacon breakfast burrito and this sauce just matched incredibly well. Worked just as good with mashed brinjal in the evening. Heat wise a mellow glow that stays in the background. It is all about the taste and works well with many dishes. Will be buying more!

Okay saus. Niet veel speciaals, smaak naar jalapenos. Gaat gemakkelijk bij zachter smaken zoals kip, ei, salade. Ook goed om wat pit aan tomaten te geven.

Enig nadeel, de dop zit CONTINUE vast met grotere stukjes van de saus. Je bent met elk squirt weer een minuut bezig de nozzle schoon te krijgen. En bij de volgende squirt? Juist ja, weer verstopt.
Heatsupply –
De dopjes van Heartbeat zijn soms een frustratie inderdaad. In dat geval halen we het witte schroefdopje er gewoon helemaal af en gebruiken het als een normale dop, als het ware. Dus er weer terug op doen als hij de koelkast in gaat en eraf halen als je hem gebruikt, dan gaat het weer perfect.

The hot sauce itself is great: fresh, acidic, very jalapeno-y. Perfect consistency, not runny, slightly thickened. Also probably the best bottle design of all hot sauces.

It is not really hot at all, but has really nice flavour to it and fits with a lot of things. If it was just a tad hotter it would be one of my all time favourites.
