Fruitslagers Duin Mustard Seed is a really special, but above all incredibly tasty sweet and sour pickle that works fantastically as a topping on just about anything. When you hear the word caviar, you probably think of the sea straight away, but this caviar doesn’t come from there. It’s made from whole mustard seeds, with a few extra special additions: seaweed, wild fennel tips, and sea buckthorn from the Food Forest, for example. Use it as a topping on a sandwich, burger, in a salad, or simply alongside a piece of cheese.
