This Bravado Hot Sauce is a ‘what you so is what you get’ type sauce. You can clearly taste the fresh taste of blueberries, but the Ghost Pepper also does his job. This combination, with the black pepper that stands out, is surprisingly good.

Niet geweldig smaakvol, hitte had wat beter gekund als je er ghost peppers gaat indraaien. Is een Louisiana style saus, dus zeer uitgesproken azijnsmaak. Iets minder pikant dan tabasco, echt niet zo heet dus. Als je dacht een zoete zeer pikante saus gekocht te hebben hiermee, zit je goed mis! Twee sterren. Ben echt niet zo’n fan.

Erg dunne saus, beetje muf door de blauwe bessen. Tamelijk heet, interessante combi qua smaak, maar past niet overal bij.

Op zich een lekker sausje, maar erg vloeibaar en daarom niet altijd goed te doseren. Lekker door een salade of voor marinade. Niet al te pittig dus voor veel mensen te gebruiken.

Prima sausje voor door een salade of op een “luxe” boterham! Het is me nog niet gelukt om hier een warm gerecht voor te vinden.
Is wel heel dun dus wees voorzichtig met doseren.
De blueberry is terug te vinden in de saus en maakt het licht zoetig. Qua scherpte valt het wel mee als je de Reaper al een keer gehad hebt.

In theory kind of interesting, the bliueberry flavor is very present. However, the and flavor and heat are almost instantly gone and the sauce is very, very watery. The consistency is basically that of vinaigrette.
Additionally the seal of my bottle cap was completely loose.
I am therefore not sure if I’ve had some individual bad luck with my order or if this is a general issue.

A spooky light sauce, the ghost escapes from your container easily. But this spiky, slightly sweet blueberry sour ghost takes it all home when accompanied with a maple syrup dessert, scope of vanilla ice cream. Or release the ghost on your dinner plate ‘ops’ little much, but why not? Happy coughing ghost, runny eyes but don’t sweat. Ghost blue takes care of you.

Als je deze saus voor de zoutheid van de bessen koopt, heb je het goed mis. De azijn heeft dit zo goed als volledig weggenomen. De saus is niet slecht, maar niet wat ik verwacht had. Best kan ik ze omschrijven als een pikante bessen vinaigrette.

I didn’t like this one. It’s not bad, just disappointing. Comparable to simple Tabasco sauce. Tastes primarily like vinigar, then nothing and may be if your attention is not washed away by disappointment you will taste some blueberry.

wel een beetje pittig maar geen echte top saus.
Mogelijk interessant bij kazen/dips of salades maar voor de rest niet heel toepasbaar.

Had so much potential but total disappointment.
Really watery, just pours out off the bottle, tastes like a lot of vinegar with a hint of blueberry. The heat was quite powerful, for my taste. The upper level for a drip sauce and not a sauce you put as a few drops into a whole meal.
