Mr. Dobelina New England Hot Dog Buns

Mr. Dobelina New England Hot Dog Buns are the best hot dog buns you can find! They’re inspired by the legendary Lobster Roll from New England. Over there, it’s filled with lobster, but these buns are also a perfect alternative to your standard hot dog buns. They’re wonderfully soft, slightly sweet, and yet sturdy enough to hold a generous load of toppings and sauce. Each pack contains 400 grams of bread that you can easily divide into 5 pieces.

Slice the bun vertically from the top, but don’t cut it all the way through. That’s where you add your filling. But first: always toast it in a pan with a knob of butter, on both sides. Besides lobster and hot dogs, it’s also excellent for things like pulled pork. Since fresh ingredients are used, the shelf life is somewhat limited. So make sure you don’t leave them sitting around too long — but if you love hot dogs or anything like that, that won’t be a problem!

May contain MILK, EGGS, SESAME SEEDS, NUTS and MUSTARD.
