Torchbearer Sucker Punch Hot Sauce

Torchbearer Sucker Punch Hot Sauce is a sweet and sour flavor bomb! And by bomb we definitely mean the heat too, because with Carolina Reaper, Ghost Pepper AND Dragon’s Breath peppers you can really talk about an explosion in your mouth. The typical superhot flavor and fruitiness of the peppers comes through beautifully, but it’s also wonderfully tangy from the vinegar, lemon and lime. Sugar adds a nice sweetness, making it a bit reminiscent of sweet and sour sauce from your local Chinese takeout, but incredibly hot. Not entirely surprising, this sauce is especially delicious with Chinese cuisine, spring rolls, pork or for example with mac & cheese.
