Queen Majesty Morita Mesquite hot sauce is a new limited edition hot sauce from New York’s finest hot sauce maker. The goal was to create a sauce that sits somewhere between a hot sauce and barbecue sauce, but more versatile and without added sugars. The focus is therefore on the deliciously smoky Chipotle Morita pepper and the dried bean of the mesquite tree, which adds a subtle nutty flavor. Sweet onions, dates, garlic, and tomato puree provide extra layers, and finally, there’s also a nice touch of acidity from the vinegar.
