Furthermore, ingredients such as pear, cucumber and lime have been used to make the sauce extra fruity and fresh. Onion, garlic and potato provide balance to the sauce, so that it is not too acidic. Because the sauce contains only 8% Jalapeños, it is a mild hot sauce that is suitable for everyone. A delicious addition to salads, sandwiches, all kinds of fish and much more.
