Naogen Sansho Soy Sauce is fermented for a full year, giving it a light, natural sweetness and a pronounced umami flavour. It’s combined with a mix of Sichuan pepper and sansho pepper, adding a fresh and spicy kick. The sauce then ages for a year in wooden barrels. Genuine top-quality Japanese soy sauce.

You can use it to flavour meat, tofu, gyoza or cooked rice. Sansho soy sauce is perfect for cooking with, for example to prepare Chinese dishes, and can also be used as a simple condiment, combined with an oil of your choice. Add it to a salad dressing or use it to sauté vegetables in a pan – it takes your dish to the next level!
