La Pimenterie Kimchi Bomb Hot Sauce is an amazing ode to traditional Korean fermentation. This sauce was actually born after a trip to South Korea to discover what real kimchi is all about. The result? A super fresh yet incredibly savory umami bomb with a fantastic heat level. It’s cucumber-based, which gives it that amazing freshness, combined with a range of traditional ingredients like spring onion, kimchi brine (including daikon), garlic, gochugaru, and one really special ingredient: perilla. Also known as shiso or Japanese mint.

This Kimchi Bomb Hot Sauce is the perfect addition to rice and noodle dishes, bibimbap, bulgogi, Korean barbecue, fried chicken, and so much more. Also absolutely delicious in a spicy tuna salad!
