La Pimenterie Green Curry Hot Sauce

This La Pimenterie Green Curry Hot Sauce, or “Cari d’Hiver” as they say in French, is inspired by Thai green curry. And we have to say that it worked out very well, because when smelling and tasting this sauce we imagine ourselves in Thailand again for a while. An aromatic, fragrant, herbal, fresh, spicy and slightly sweet hot sauce that will certainly make you travel to Southeast Asia for a moment. Obviously the perfect match for green curries, but you can also try it in other curries. Great stuff. This sauce is on Hot Ones season 21.

I really liked this one, they are on point with the green curry flavor. Very creamy thanks to the coconut milk. It’s fresh and herbal. I loved it on chicken and white fish. Not a lot of heat if you’re a chilihead but it has a good kick for a beginner.

Good flavor. I mostly taste the curry and some lime there. The coconut makes the sauce very likeable. The consistency is nice. Heat? There is some heat.. did not kick me in the face yet or anything but my taste buds currently taste the lime mostly. I would buy again. Works well on wings! Haven’t tried it on anything else yet

Excellent sauce! Not too spicy, I’d give it around 5/10, it isn’t a real kicker. But the taste is lovely and fits perfectly with Asian soups, curry’s and other oriental dishes. Highly recommend to try out

Does what it promises. Tastes exactly like green curry, with a bit of heat. Very niche, though. I find it doesn’t go with a lot, as it tastes specifically like green curry.
