This La Pimenterie Bollywood hot sauce is, as the name already kind of suggests, the ultimate sauce for your favorite currys. With Habaneros and dried Bhut Jolokia Peppers (Ghost Peppers) it is quite a hot sauce, but the blow is softened by adding some maple syrup. Other than that the apricots and coconut definitely steal the show. That’s what makes it so great to pair with your favorite currys. Top quality stuff!
