Combining the beautiful Thai cacao beans from Chanthaburi with the aromatic heat of Thailand’s iconic Bird Eye chili (also called Thai Chilli), we find ourselves somewhere between the colourful street food markets of Bangkok and the lush green cacao plantations of Southeast Thailand. A great mix of 70% dark chocolate and peppers. High quality Norwegian chocolate with a sharp edge that is also vegan and does not contain gluten. Perfect!
