Djablo Power Jab hot sauce is inspired by Philippine cuisine and known from the YouTube series Hot Ones. Laura Dadap is the owner of the brand, which is also the first ‘Filipino hot sauce’ from America. For the spice in the sauce, she used Serrano & Scorpion peppers, with some Thai chili flakes to top it off. In terms of taste, it is a very savoury and aromatic sauce where the ginger and garlic really stand out. Ground chia seeds and spirulina give it a unique edge and the olive oil provides a kind of creamy structure. A really good sauce that works especially well on dishes such as chicken adobo, spring rolls and various curries. Also, look at that bottle and sauce by the way. Love it!

Djablo Power Jab Hot Sauce ingredients: Cane vinegar (cane vinegar, water and clouding agent (coconut oil emulsion) infused with ginger), Serrano pepper, fresh garlic, olive oil, agave, ginger, Thai chili flakes, ground chia seeds, salt, dried Scorpion pepper, spirulina.

This product contains coconut and is produced in a facility that also processes dairy, fish, eggs, shellfish, gluten, nuts and soy.

This hot sauce is also known from the YouTube show Hot Ones. In season 22, this sauce was on hot wing number 5 out of 10.
