Djablo Original Hot Sauce

Djablo Original hot sauce is a real Filipino hot sauce, but made in Queens (New York). You can also taste that, because it has become a flavour bomb with a lot of ginger and garlic being used. What is perhaps the most unique about this sauce is the international mix of peppers used: Italian, Jamaican and ‘Asian Teardrop’ peppers. The sauce is medium hot, has an almost creamy texture due to the use of olive oil and is surprisingly versatile. Delicious with stir-fry dishes, spring rolls and curries, but also very good on sandwiches and quinoa bowls.

Djablo Original Hot Sauce Ingredients: Vinegar (cane vinegar, clouding agent (coconut oil emulsion), caramel color), ginger, Italian chili peppers, olive oil, garlic, jalapeño peppers, Asian teardrop peppers, agave nectar, Jamaican round chili peppers, kosher salt, chia seeds, dried spirulina.

This product contains coconut and is produced in a facility that also processes dairy, fish, eggs, shellfish, gluten, nuts and soy.

    I was supprised how viscous this sauce is compared to most others. It has a very fresh taste, a lot of garlic and ginger but the other peppers make it taste fresh. For me this goes well vith seafood as a dip.
