Brilliant flavour, very mild heat. This sauce reminds me a lot of an avocado spread or something similar and definitely isn’t what I would consider spicy. The fruitiness of the jalapeno and pablano peppers blends seamlessly with the sharp taste of the garlic. The combination of all 3 give it an almost citrus note, without it containing any actual citrus. Brilliant on eggs, fish, salads and nachos.

Awesome sauce! Excellent flavour, the amount of garlic is awesome, a bit of cedar in the taste. The heat is very mild. Dawson’s sauces are always on point.

Elke saus van Dawsons kon 5 sterren krijgen, tot nu toe. Ik hou van knoflook en als het in de naam van de saus staat mag je het ook verwachten goed te proeven. De balans is helaas zoek, het overschaduwd de jalapeño compleet. Je proeft echt niks meer terug behalve knoflook. 2 punten voor de textuur, die is lekker smooth.
