This Igeta Smoked Soy Sauce is gluten-free. It’s a tamari soy sauce, produced without the addition of wheat or other additives. After the soy sauce is made, it’s smoked for 40 minutes with cherry wood. This process gives the soy sauce powerful smoky flavour notes that enhance the full taste. This soy sauce has been fermented for a year.
Thanks to the delicious combination of tamari soy sauce and a powerful smoky touch, this gluten-free smoked soy sauce is absolutely delicious with burrata, perhaps with a drizzle of olive oil, but also perfect for seasoning fish in a marinade.
