Tomasu Soy Sauce

Tomasu Soy Sauce is the original soy sauce from this Rotterdam brand. It’s soy sauce of the absolute highest quality. It’s made from homegrown soybeans and wheat, spring water and Sel de Guerande. Then it’s naturally fermented with their own Aspergillus Oryzae cultures. The only ingredient that plays a role after that is time. And not just any time, because it ferments for at least 24 months in 25 to 50 year old whisky barrels. The result? Top-shelf soy sauce!
