El Yucateco Habanero Coffee hot sauce is probably the most complex sauce from this classic hot sauce brand. It’s made with a mix of Habanero & Chipotle, giving it a slightly fruity but especially smoky character. On top of that, the coffee adds a rich and savoury flavour that makes this sauce pretty complex. Still, it’s not too hard to figure out what to use it with: burgers, as a marinade for meat, with tacos & nachos, on cheese or for example a quick dip combined with mayo.

Lekkere hot sauce. De koffiesmaak is meer hartig en aards dan dat het naar een desert smaakt. Wel ietwat te mild, maar je kunt deze natuurlijk aanvullen met een neutrale veel hetere saus, waar ik er genoeg van heb.
