Karma Lift Off hot sauce is one that, as the name suggests, has Green Thai vibes. The first ingredient is green chili, as it should be. That makes it surprisingly spicy, because in Hot Ones this sauce was only on hot wing number 2 out of 10. Yet the pleasant heat lingers for quite a while. But the flavor is even stronger! You’ll taste citrus flavors and coconut first, followed by herbs like Thai basil and Mexican coriander (culantro).

Is this only good with Thai (green) curry then? No, definitely not. It’s actually a surprisingly versatile hot sauce that also goes great on tacos, grilled fish, chicken, a salad, or on an egg.

Wow. I did not expect this. Ordered it because of the other guys review and they were right! What a great taste! Moderate yet noticable hotness, amazing flavors! 10/10 would recommend.
