Piko Peppers Garlic Delight Hot Sauce

Piko Peppers Garlic Delight Hot Sauce is the latest from the Canadian brand and known from Hot Ones season 29. Honestly, the name says it all, because there’s one ingredient that takes center stage in this sauce, and that’s garlic, of course. Both fresh and roasted garlic are used, which creates an extra layered garlic flavor. Thanks to the addition of a little olive oil, the sauce has a beautifully creamy texture. Orange juice and vinegar add a nice tang, and the carrot brings a touch of sweetness that balances everything out perfectly.

On Hot Ones, this sauce was on hot wing number 1, but don’t be fooled — it definitely has some kick. That’s all thanks to the Habaneros in there. On top of that, this sauce is fermented, giving it an extra funky flavor. Super versatile, but we absolutely love it with pasta, chicken, or mixed with some mayo for an amazing garlic mayo dip.
