Meet FIK Hot Sauce by Heatsupply. By far the hottest sauce we’ve ever made — and yeah, we think the name says it all (fik is Dutch for ‘fire’). Two seconds of sweetness is followed by a burn that lasts for minutes and just keeps on building. Cayenne pepper delivers the first hit, followed by the intense and fruity Habanero heat. Then comes the knockout punch: the Carolina Reaper, present in massive amounts at 33%. It sets your mouth on fire and that burn just keeps building until you’re tempted to call the fire department.

So is it just pure brutal heat? Well, no. Like we said, it starts off sweet. Tomato gives it great flavor and body, a generous dose of garlic adds depth, and apple cider vinegar gives the whole sauce a sweet and tangy edge. These are flavors you’ll actually pick up on if you can handle the heat, that is. If you can handle it, you got yourself a banging and very versatile hot sauce. You could use it to give other sauces or soups a serious kick too.
