Queen Majesty Sicilian Scorpion Hot Sauce ist die schärfste Sauce, die die Marke aus New York bisher gemacht hat. Nicht umsonst war diese Sauce bei Hot Ones Staffel 26 auf Hot Wing Nummer 9 von 10. Aber was extrem scharfe Saucen angeht, ist das unserer Meinung nach eine der geschmackvollsten. Schön fruchtig von der Trinidad Scorpion Chili und herrliche italienische Einflüsse in Form von Tomatenpüree, Olivenöl, Knoblauch, Pfefferkörnern, Zwiebel, Oregano und Basilikum. Also auch schön herzhaft, aber die dringend benötigte Säure ist durch Essig und Zitrone ebenfalls vorhanden.
Sehr schön ausbalanciert also, und wenn du richtig viel Schärfe liebst, dann wird das deine Lieblingszugabe zu Pasta & Pizza, Tomatensuppe, Chili, Hähnchen Parmesan, einem leckeren italienischen Sandwich und noch vielem mehr.

Ordered this sauce for a friend who loves spicy food and has a crazy tolerance. He said the sauce was the spiciest he has ever tried. At the same time everyone that tried, yes found it spicy but it also has a lot of flavour still. Spice hits you when you eat and stays consistent. Then you also get a slight smokey note and some fruity flavours.

This is excellent. Its spice doesn’t feel performative, it’s really quite hot, but the flavour still takes center stage. Other „extremely hot“ sauces I ordered sometimes last forever on my shelf because it’s just pain and not a lot of added value – with this one I am always tempted to eat another quick dab. Very delicious, excellently balanced, absolutely recommended.
