This White Mausu Smoky Chilli Oil is a crispy chili oil with slightly fewer crunchy bits than you might be used to, but definitely not with less flavor. Chipotle Morita peppers have been steeping in this oil, giving it a layered smoky and fruity taste. The crunchy bits in the oil are garlic, but that’s not all: soy, star anise and cinnamon complete this smoky chili oil perfectly.
